The hotel offers a great view over a green park from the rooms but initially felt suffocating. The cleaning staff was still working when I arrived. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff assisting me with scanning and mail services. The location, while close to tram and Glattzentrum, had sharp glass edges at eye height. The dining options were limited but enjoyable, with a nice Italian pizza available. The facilities were well-equipped, including a grocery shopping service and tours/ticket assistance.
